Who Are STArt

STArt is the meeting of 2 creative minds that came together during lockdown, with the intention of developing an online platform where we can share our passion and knowledge for art in a new and exciting way.

Phil comes with a wealth of expertise as a director and creative in film and advertising. Joanne, an established artist with two decades of experience ineducation as an art tutor.
